Service – Water Posada

On Sunday, December 16th, engineers and other volunteers from around El Paso will come together to bring much needed assistance to families in nearby colonia communities.
ASCE El Paso is working with local community health advocates to put together teams of volunteers to help install water filters in homes with no access to municipal water services.

Each team will be made up of at least one student who will be conducting surveys, at least 2 or 3 volunteers to install the filter and maybe one public health worker.

Also, we need to come up with a list of Team Leaders who will meet up the week before to get some training on how to install the filter. That way, every team will have someone who will hopefully know what to do. If you are interested, please sign up at the link below.
