Manny has over thirty years in risk management, workers compensation, and environmental, health & safety field experience from general industry, utilities to the construction industry, medical, healthcare and related services.

Manny’s experience in the Health and Safety Industry has afforded him the opportunity to become familiar with 29 CFR 1910 General Industry, 1910.269 Utilities, and 1926 Construction OSHA Standards, DOT, NFPA Life Safety Codes, NFPA 70E, IAEI, NEC, NESC, EEI, EPA, MSHA, EM 385-1-1 Safety, NIOSH, ANSI, ADA, JCAHO, TNRCC, OSHA DOL Voluntary Protection Star Programs (VPP), Environmental Management Systems, Quality Safety Control and Assurance, Crisis Management and Business Continuity. Manny has been responsible for compliance support development, coordination, and implementation of environmental, safety and health programs to ensure compliance with all company, state, and local regulatory guidelines.

As a certified Fire Inspector Manny is responsible, through the coordination of our local EPFD Fire Marshals, in notifying clients of code violations within our systems. Manny also assures that as an organization EPE is complying with applicable Life Safety and International Fire Codes.

As a former Firefighter / EMT Manny’s primary objective and goal is to protect and preserve Human Life.
