Speaker Bio:

Mr. Prieto has 25 years of experience managing/designing roadways, structural improvement projects including bridges, retaining walls, culverts, inlets, and storm sewers throughout Texas. He has developed PS&E packages for bidding and construction. He is the project manager for TxDOT Statewide BRINSAP contracts and has inspected/managed over 10,000 on/off system bridges. Responsibilities included in-depth inspection, documentation, inventory, load rating, repair/maintenance recommendations, elemental data collection, and final reports of bridge types such as reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, timber, steel (continuous and simple spans), steel truss, and concrete box culverts.
