Biography
Mr. Parker is in his final year as ASCE Region 6 Governor. He has served as Secretary/Treasurer of ASCE NM Section and is a Past President of the ASCE NM Section. He has been a member of the ASCE Northern NM Branch for over 20 years. Mr. Parker is currently working as Senior Project Engineer for Parametrix, Inc. in Albuquerque. He has been a transportation engineer since 1990, and graduated from Univ. of New Mexico with BS in Civil Engineering.
