• Graduate of New Mexico State University with a bachelors in Civil and Survey Engineering.
• Professional Engineer and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer
• Selected to the Texas Water Development Board’s Upper Rio Grande Regional Flood Planning Group
• Previous Title was the Hydrology and Hydraulics Engineer for the City of El Paso and current title is the Engineering Division Manager and Floodplain Administrator for the City of El Paso Flood Mitigation and Land Development Department.
