Austin Marshall is a Professor of Construction Law and Ethics at the University of Texas at El Paso. His expertise includes arbitration and expert testimony on construction disputes and engineering malpractice. He has 35 years of experience as a practicing engineer and firm owner, as well as an officer of heavy construction and tunneling companies. Marshall is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Licensed Building Contractor.
