Biography: As a registered professional engineer in the states of Texas, California and Arizona, Mr. Goh has close to thirty years of civil engineering work experience in a wide variety of public works service areas and operations. Under his leadership, his teams have successfully completed over one thousand infrastructure projects worth more than one billion dollars. Many of these were fast-track, high profile, or federally funded projects. Prior to joining City of El Paso, Mr. Goh was the City Engineer for City of Tempe, Arizona.
