Biography

Margaux Dalbin is a native El Pasoan, she graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Urban & Regional Planning and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration at The University of Texas at El Paso.  Margaux has over eight years of experience working in the nonprofit and government sector including; building community engagement programs, government relations, volunteer coordination, and planning special events.  Margaux has held previous positions as the Assistant Director of Community Impact for United Way of El Paso County and the Bond Outreach Coordinator for El Paso Independent School District. 

She is currently the Assistant Director of Philanthropy for United Way of El Paso County where she focuses on donor engagement and fundraising efforts to continue United Way’s legacy of creating a thriving community.
