Yellen, Chief Executive Officer of the Paso del Norte Health Foundation and Paso del Norte Community Foundation, and Nicholette Ruiz, Founder and Lead Consultant at Convene PR, presenting “Downtown Deck Plaza: A Once-in-a-Generation Opportunity to Elevate the 10.” This presentation will highlight the vision for the Downtown Deck Plaza and its potential to reconnect, enhance, and create new opportunities for downtown El Paso.
