Mr. Hammond is the Director Of Client Services for Dynatest and leads Consulting, Equipment and Service Sales for the company. He has a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry and 25 years of experience managing projects for Transportation, Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater projects. His activities include a variety of local/regional pavement efforts (Chicago, Minneapolis, Indianapolis) and National (US DOT, Argentina). Rick has been active in the Indiana and Ohio chapters of ASCE and focuses his efforts in Transportation planning/assessment, GIS, and Urban Planning.
