Please click link above or scan QR code from flyer to register! \nPlease note the venue for this meeting: Deadbeach Brewery – 3200 Durazno Ave\n \nSpeaker Bios:\nChristina Montoya-Halter has 24 years of media\, communications and marketing experience. She is the Communications and Marketing Manager for EPWater\, overseeing internal and external communications. Previously\, she was a broadcast journalist at the ABC and NBC news affiliates in El Paso. She is President of WateReuse Texas and is serving her third term on the AWWA Public Affairs Council. Montoya graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California.  Her work in communications and public outreach has been awarded at local\, state and national levels. \nAngel Bustamante graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.  He is currently the Wastewater Systems Division Manager in Operations for EPWater.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Texas and California and is a licensed water/wastewater operator with a Class A license in drinking water and a Class C license in wastewater treatment from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. \n
