We are excited to invite you all to a new venue this month! \nPlease note the venue change for this meeting: Deadbeach Brewery – 3200 Durazno Ave\n\nSpeaker Bio:\nRichie Hernandez serves as the State NFIP Coordinator and Community Assistance Program Manager with the Texas Water Development Board. He initially joined the TWDB Flood Outreach Team in 2008 after serving as a floodplain administrator for a pair of communities in far west Texas. Richie’s background spans from non-profit management to serving Texans through several state agencies such as the Office of the Texas Secretary of State and TWDB. He spent at least a decade managing public water\, wastewater and housing programs at the county and city level as well as led a municipal utility district in the El Paso region.  \n
