Ms. Brooks is responsible for managing and directing airport development\, construction and maintenance operations.Ms. Brooks has worked for The City of El Paso for the past 10 years\, most recently serving as Capital Improvement Program Administrator. In that role\, she managed the airport’s rolling 5-year $178M Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Previously\, she was Construction Superintendent Civil Engineer for ELP and managed CIP projects. Ms. Brooks has also worked for Tetra Tech and Parkhill as a Civil Engineer.Ms. Brooks received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University. She was a 2020 award winner of the Airport Business Top 40 Under 40.
